At Subellotti, we offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to request a return
To request a return or cancellation, select “Start a Return” in our website footer and sign in to your Subellotti customer account using the email address associated with your order. You can also contact us at info@subellotti.com. Cancellation requests can be made until the item is fulfilled. After a return is approved, we will provide return instructions or, where applicable, a return label.
For our voluntary 30-day return policy, please contact us before sending the item back. Your statutory right of withdrawal does not require our advance approval; a clear notice of withdrawal is sufficient.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For our voluntary 30-day return policy, notify us within 30 days of delivery and send the item back within 14 days of your notice. For a statutory withdrawal, return the item within 14 days after notifying us. Keep proof of dispatch; tracked shipping is recommended.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return parcel is safely delivered to Subellotti.
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, and the claim is confirmed, Subellotti will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.
International orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for gift cards, personalised items, or custom-made products, except where required by applicable law. Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as regularly priced items unless clearly marked as final sale and permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, or differs from the confirmed order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union and United Kingdom cancellation rights
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to applicable exceptions. Our voluntary 30-day return period does not limit these statutory rights.
The conditions for our voluntary 30-day return policy appear above. Under statutory withdrawal rights, customers may inspect an item as they would in a shop; use beyond this may result in a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
For a statutory withdrawal, we reimburse the original payment method within 14 calendar days of being informed of the withdrawal. Where permitted by law, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back. For other approved returns under our voluntary policy, we issue the refund within 14 calendar days after receiving and inspecting the item. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
