Verified product facts

Composition is only the beginning. Where confirmed for a garment, we state the yarn supplier, ply, gauge, construction, fit and place of manufacture. If a detail cannot be verified, we would rather leave it unstated than make the product sound more impressive.

Fit guidance with a human response

Italian sizes and knit structures vary. Product measurements are the starting point; personal guidance is available when a customer wants to compare a Subellotti piece with a garment he already owns.

Honest expectations

Natural fibres develop through wear. We explain appropriate care, colour variation and normal surface changes without using them to dismiss a genuine product concern.

Clear delivery and returns

Shipping information, production times and return conditions should be understandable before checkout. Standard-size garments follow the published return policy; personalised pieces are explained separately before production begins.

Personal accountability

If something is incorrect, damaged or requires attention, Subellotti remains the customer’s point of contact. We review the order, photographs, wear and care information, consult the relevant maker or carrier when needed, and explain the available next step.
