Always follow the garment’s care label. Allow wool to air and rest between wears, and wash only when necessary. Hand wash in cold water or use a gentle wool programme with a mild wool detergent. Wash with similar colours. Do not bleach, soak, wring or tumble dry.

Press out moisture gently with a clean towel, reshape and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Store clean and folded in a cool, dry place. Clothes moth larvae can damage wool: use a breathable closed storage bag or clean drawer, add cedar or another suitable moth repellent, and inspect stored knitwear regularly.

This garment is available in a standard Italian size or made to your personal measurements. After checkout, our team contacts you to confirm whether you prefer the selected standard size or personal measurements.

How it works

1. Place your order in the standard size closest to your usual fit.
2. We contact you to collect and confirm your measurements and preferred fit.
3. Production begins only after the measurements have been confirmed in writing.

Depending on the design, the body, sleeve or trouser measurements can be adjusted for a closer, regular or more relaxed fit while respecting the original design.

One complimentary remake

If the finished made-to-measure garment does not correspond to the measurements confirmed in writing, we will remake it once at no additional product cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn apart from trying it on, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original labels and packaging.

The guarantee does not apply when incorrect measurements were supplied or approved, when the customer's measurements changed after confirmation, when the requested fit was delivered as agreed, or when the garment was altered, washed, damaged or worn.

Returns

Standard-size garments follow our Return & Refund Policy. Personalised garments are made specifically for one customer and cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect statutory rights concerning defects or an item that differs from the confirmed order.

Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Read our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-orders can be placed now and are processed within one business day. Production begins from September 1, 2026. Each piece is made to order and is normally completed within 14 business days after production begins.

When the order is ready, it is dispatched and a tracking number is added to the order so you can follow the shipment. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and destinations in Asia are shipped with PostNL. Orders to other European destinations, the United Kingdom and the United States are shipped with UPS.
