Shipping Destinations
Subellotti ships internationally to the following destinations:
- Benelux: Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg
- Europe: all European Union member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway
- United States
- Asia: Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore and Hong Kong
- Middle East: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Iraq
- Other international destinations: Canada, Australia and Morocco

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times and Shipping Rates
Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs procedures.

Subellotti is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.
Carriers
We work with PostNL and UPS to deliver your order. The carrier used depends on the destination and availability at the time of dispatch.
Orders to the Netherlands and most European destinations are normally shipped with PostNL or UPS. Orders to the United States are normally shipped with UPS. Other international orders may be shipped with PostNL or UPS.
We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier. Tracking information will be provided by email after dispatch.
Shipping Costs
All standard shipping costs listed in this policy are paid by Subellotti for the customer. Complimentary shipping is applied automatically at checkout. Import duties, local taxes, customs fees and carrier handling charges are not shipping costs and may still apply as explained below.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
Orders within the European Union
For orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is handled according to EU rules and displayed at checkout according to the shipping destination and applicable tax settings.
Orders outside the European Union
For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, United States, Switzerland, Norway, Asia, the Middle East, Canada, Australia and Morocco, prices do not include EU VAT. Import duties, local taxes, customs fees and carrier handling charges may be charged by the local customs authority or carrier upon or after delivery. These costs are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Subellotti has no control over customs procedures or the amount of import charges. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing an order.
Customs Documentation
For shipments outside the European Union, Subellotti is required to provide accurate customs documentation, including a commercial invoice declaring the correct value and description of the goods.
Failed Delivery and Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details. Subellotti is not liable for delivery failures, delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
If a parcel is returned to us because of a failed delivery or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. We will contact you before taking action.
