Subellotti Made to Measure is a private service for clients who want a more personal expression of fit, proportion and timeless Italian style.
The Experience
The process begins with a personal consultation. We discuss the garment, how it will be worn, your preferred silhouette and the occasion behind the commission.
The available adjustments, materials and options depend on the selected garment and are confirmed before the order is placed. Nothing is assumed and no unnecessary choice is added for appearance alone.
How it works
- Place your order in the standard Italian size closest to your usual fit.
- After checkout, we contact you to collect and confirm your personal measurements and preferred fit.
- Production begins in Italy only after your measurements have been confirmed in writing.
Personal Fit
Made to Measure is not simply about selecting a different size. It is about proportion, balance and comfort for the individual client. The body, sleeve or trouser measurements can be adjusted for a closer, regular or more relaxed fit while respecting the original design.
Production and delivery
Made-to-measure commissions are produced in Italy and normally dispatched within 5–7 weeks after your measurements are confirmed and the applicable production round closes. In-stock pieces are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, and standard made-to-order sizes within 5 to 7 weeks after the applicable production round closes. You receive tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.
One complimentary remake
If a made-to-measure garment does not correspond to the measurements confirmed in writing, we will remake it once at no additional product cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and keep the garment unworn, apart from trying it on, with its original labels and packaging. The guarantee does not apply when incorrect measurements were supplied or approved, when your measurements changed after confirmation, when the requested fit was delivered as agreed, or when the garment was altered, washed, damaged or worn.
Returns
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Standard-size garments follow our Return & Refund Policy. A personalised garment is produced specifically for one client and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect your statutory rights concerning defects or an item that differs from the confirmed order.

Each Made to Measure commission is produced in Italy with the same attention to materials, construction and finishing that defines Subellotti.
