Product details
Dark grey has the quality of something that has already decided. It does not need to explain itself. The Alpen in this tone is knitted from 100% Italian cashmere in an 8-ply lightened plain knit, built to wear often, hold its shape and grow softer over time.
The ribbed collar, cuffs and hem are finished with the same care as the body. Hand-finished by artisans in Umbria.
How it fits
Regular fit. Italian sizes 46–60. If you are between sizes, take the smaller for a neater shoulder line.

Care & Maintenance
Important: stay alert for clothes moths. Cold hand washing is the safest choice for preserving this garment. Before storage, ensure it is clean and completely dry, then fold it inside an airtight plastic storage bag or sealed container. Check regularly for tiny holes, webbing or larvae. If you notice any signs, isolate the garment immediately in a sealed bag and thoroughly clean and vacuum the storage area. Cedar and moth traps may support prevention, but they do not replace clean, airtight storage.
Always follow the garment’s care label. Allow cashmere to rest between wears so the fibres can recover, and wash only when necessary. Hand wash separately in cold water or use a gentle wool programme with a small amount of mild cashmere or wool detergent. Do not bleach, soak, rub, wring or tumble dry.
Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a clean towel and pressing gently. Reshape and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Steam lightly if needed. Store the garment clean, completely dry and folded in a well-sealed garment bag or storage box. Inspect it occasionally for small holes, webbing or larvae. Cedar and moth traps may support prevention but do not replace clean, closed storage.

One complimentary remake
If the finished made-to-measure garment does not correspond to the measurements confirmed in writing, we will remake it once at no additional product cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn apart from trying it on, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original labels and packaging.
The guarantee does not apply when incorrect measurements were supplied or approved, when the customer's measurements changed after confirmation, when the requested fit was delivered as agreed, or when the garment was altered, washed, damaged or worn.
Returns
Standard-size garments follow our Return & Refund Policy. Personalised garments are made specifically for one customer and cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect statutory rights concerning defects or an item that differs from the confirmed order.

Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed within one business day. Each piece is made to order and is normally completed within 14 business days after the order has been processed.
When the order is ready, it is dispatched and a tracking number is added to the order so you can follow the shipment. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and destinations in Asia are shipped with PostNL. Orders to other European destinations, the United Kingdom and the United States are shipped with UPS.
