Compare with a sweater you already enjoy wearing
Lay a similar garment flat without stretching it. Compare chest width, body length and sleeve length using the same measuring points as the product information. Body measurements and garment measurements are not interchangeable; a flat chest width is not a body chest circumference.
Ask for measurements for the exact model when these are not provided. A general conversion chart cannot establish the fit of every design. Sleeve measurements starting at the shoulder cannot be compared directly with measurements starting at the centre back of the neck.
Try the intended base layer and assess the neckline, chest, sleeves and hem separately. If you are between sizes, compare the proportions rather than automatically choosing the smaller or larger option. Do not rely on shrinking or stretching to correct the fit.

How to measure your reference sweater
Choose a similar sweater that fits you well. Lay it flat, fasten any buttons or zip and do not stretch the fabric.
- A — Chest width (half chest): measure straight across the garment just below the armholes, from one side to the other. This is a flat width, not your body chest circumference.
- B — Body length: measure from the high shoulder point beside the neckline to the bottom of the hem.
- C — Sleeve length: for a set-in sleeve, measure from the shoulder seam along the outside of the sleeve to the end of the cuff. Do not compare this with a centre-back-neck sleeve measurement. Raglan or dropped-shoulder designs require model-specific measuring instructions.
Use the same units and measuring points for your reference sweater and the product you want to order. Our clothing has a regular fit. Ask us for the finished measurements of the exact model if they are not shown. A size conversion or a table for another model does not establish your fit.

Try the intended shirt or T-shirt underneath. Sit down, reach forward and bend your arms. Check the neckline, chest, sleeves and hem separately. Body proportions and trouser rise affect the result as well as height.

Care & Maintenance
Important: stay alert for clothes moths. Cold hand washing is the safest choice for preserving this garment. Before storage, ensure it is clean and completely dry, then fold it inside an airtight plastic storage bag or sealed container. Check regularly for tiny holes, webbing or larvae. If you notice any signs, isolate the garment immediately in a sealed bag and thoroughly clean and vacuum the storage area. Cedar and moth traps may support prevention, but they do not replace clean, airtight storage.
Always follow the garment’s care label. Allow cashmere to rest between wears so the fibres can recover, and wash only when necessary. Hand wash separately in cold water or use a gentle wool programme with a small amount of mild cashmere or wool detergent. Do not bleach, soak, rub, wring or tumble dry.
Remove excess water by rolling the garment in a clean towel and pressing gently. Reshape and dry flat away from direct heat and sunlight. Steam lightly if needed. Store the garment clean, completely dry and folded in a well-sealed garment bag or storage box. Inspect it occasionally for small holes, webbing or larvae. Cedar and moth traps may support prevention but do not replace clean, closed storage.

This garment is available in a standard Italian size or made to your personal measurements. After checkout, our team contacts you to confirm whether you prefer the selected standard size or personal measurements.

Depending on the design, body, sleeve or trouser measurements can be adjusted to your personal measurements while preserving the garment’s regular-fit proportions.
One complimentary remake
If the finished made-to-measure garment does not correspond to the measurements confirmed in writing, we will remake it once at no additional product cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The garment must be unworn apart from trying it on, unwashed, unaltered and returned with its original labels and packaging.
The guarantee does not apply when incorrect measurements were supplied or approved, when the customer's measurements changed after confirmation, when the requested fit was delivered as agreed, or when the garment was altered, washed, damaged or worn.
Returns
Standard-size garments follow our Return & Refund Policy. Personalised garments are made specifically for one customer and cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect statutory rights concerning defects or an item that differs from the confirmed order.

Where Made to Order is offered, production is normally completed in approximately 15 business days after payment confirmation. When the order is ready, it is dispatched and a tracking number is added to the order so you can follow the shipment. Orders to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and destinations in Asia are shipped with PostNL. Orders to other European destinations, the United Kingdom and the United States are shipped with UPS.
