Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs in full.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
How do I start a return?
Write to us at info@subellotti.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond personally with instructions within one business day.
Shipping
Is my order tracked?
Yes. All orders are shipped with full track and trace. You will receive your tracking details automatically by email as soon as your order has been dispatched. For higher-value orders, insured shipping and signature-on-delivery may be applied.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link with an estimated delivery window.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping to the Netherlands, EU, UK, United States, Switzerland, Norway, Japan and South Korea. International shipping is available to additional destinations. For specific queries, please contact us at info@subellotti.com.
Sizing
How does Italian sizing work?
Our pieces are sized in Italian measurements: 46 through 60. These correspond to chest circumference in centimetres.

Between sizes, we recommend the smaller size for a neater shoulder line. If you are unsure, write to us at info@subellotti.com and we will advise personally.
What if my item does not fit?
We will exchange it. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
Product
Why may the colour look slightly different online?
Colours can appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, ambient lighting and photography conditions. We photograph our pieces in natural daylight to represent colours as accurately as possible, but small variations are normal and do not constitute a fault.
How do I care for my Subellotti piece?
Hand wash in cold water (maximum 30°C) with a mild detergent suitable for natural fibres. Do not wring. Dry flat on a clean towel, away from direct heat or sunlight. Fold knitwear rather than hanging it. Full care instructions are included with every order.
Are your pieces made in Italy?
Yes. Every Subellotti piece is made in Umbria, Italy, by skilled artisans using carefully selected natural fibres. We do not manufacture in bulk. Each piece is hand-finished and inspected before dispatch.
