Every Subellotti sweater, polo and sweatpant can be ordered in a standard Italian size or made to your personal measurements.

How it works

1. Choose your preferred standard size and place your order.
2. After checkout, our team contacts you to confirm whether you prefer the standard size or personal measurements.
3. For personal measurements, we guide you through the required measurements and confirm your preferred fit before production begins.
4. Your garment is then made in Italy to the measurements confirmed in writing.

Fit choices

Depending on the design, we can adjust the body, sleeve and trouser measurements and create a closer, regular or more relaxed fit. The original design and proportions of the garment remain the starting point.

One complimentary remake

If a made-to-measure garment does not correspond to the measurements confirmed in writing, we will remake it once at no additional product cost. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and keep the garment unworn, apart from trying it on, with all original labels and packaging.

The guarantee does not apply when incorrect measurements were supplied or approved by the customer, when weight or body measurements changed after confirmation, when the requested fit was delivered as agreed, or when the garment was altered, washed, damaged or worn.

Returns

Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Standard-size garments follow our usual Return & Refund Policy. A personalised garment is produced specifically for one customer and is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not affect statutory rights relating to defects or an item that differs from the confirmed order. The Best Fit Guarantee above remains applicable.

Production and delivery

The expected production or delivery period is shown on the relevant product page or confirmed before production. Tracking is provided when the order is dispatched.
