Return and Refund Policy

At Subellotti, we offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
How to request a return
To request a return, please contact us at info@subellotti.com before sending the item back.
Returns must be approved in advance. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery, and the customer must provide a valid tracking number as proof of return shipment. Returns without tracking may not be accepted.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the return parcel is safely delivered to Subellotti.
If the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, and the claim is confirmed, Subellotti will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.
International orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other local fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for gift cards, personalised items, or custom-made products, except where required by applicable law. Sale items may be returned under the same conditions as regularly priced items unless clearly marked as final sale and permitted by applicable law.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, or differs from the confirmed order.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or colour, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order separately.
European Union and United Kingdom cancellation rights
Customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom may have statutory cancellation rights under applicable consumer law. Our voluntary 30-day return period does not limit these statutory rights.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
